While we started out with a Master Bathroom Remodel, the work is obviously multiplied as we decided to fix this and that as we progressed.  We are enjoying the fruits of the labor, and hopefully won't put another dime into this house for years!

We would like to provide some feedback on the job your employee did while working on the remodeling.  We were exceptionally please with the quality of the workmanship he demonstrated in all facets of the job.  His attention to detail was superb, the finishes he provided were flawless, and his willingness to go above and beyond to assure satisfaction with the job was commendable.  You are privileged to have a craftsman of his skill level.

Again, thanks for your flexibility and openness.  It made the project less painful than it might have been.

True, as this project comes to an end, I wanted to take this time to tell you how much I appreciated the job you did for me. I am extremely pleased with the outcome. While the process is not easy and there were days when I didn't think I could take anymore, it all seems worth it now.

I also wanted to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for Domingo. When someone works in your home five days a week for five months, you come to know them well. I know you are aware of his qualities, but I am compelled to put them down on paper, as you just don't find an employee like him often, at least that's been my experience.

He is punctual - I would always (every single day) see his van parked outside by about 7:45am. He would come in at 8:00 and go immediately to work. His work ethic is beyond belief. He comes to work to work. He takes such pride in his work and never cuts corners. He is a perfectionist which I certainly benefited from. He is an artist with a paintbrush. I was never uncomfortable with him in my home - he took good care of everything. I actually miss seeing him. Of course people who are so kind to my dogs have a special place in my heart.

To sum it up, I knew that with you and Domingo on the job that the results of my renovations would be worth every dollar it cost and every day it took. I never had to be worried about the minute details or the schedule. I knew that any problem that arose would be resolved and the final product would be magnificent. This house has been transformed. I can not tell you what I love more, my new shower, my floors, or the dryer venting to the outside. It has been a pleasure doing business with you.
